As our Business Reporting Analyst, you will perform data visualizations and analysis for multiple business functions across the organization. Your experience preparing executive level dashboards using Tableau as well as the ability to perform ad-hoc data analysis in Excel or other analytic platforms will be vital in supporting organizational initiatives.

Day-to-day:

  • Build executive level presentations, reports, and self-service dashboards
  • Collaborate with business area partners to identify and track key business metrics in the areas of Ticket Sales & Service, Corporate Partnerships, Marketing, Arena Operations, Finance, Retail, and Ticket Operations.
  • Exploratory analysis of new data sources to assess data quality and applicability in business decision making.
  • Develops useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources and various 3rd party data providers (ex. Marketo, CRM Dynamics, Conviva, Qualtrics, Splash) to extract consumer insights and drive Corporate Partnerships sales narrative
  • Serve as the domain specialist on key performance metrics within the organization and relevant data sources
  • Identify areas for improvement, including automating reports or data processes to improve efficiency
  • Use SQL queries to data mine for business insights, respond to ad hoc requests, and develop reports using information from our database. Attention to detail and ensuring accuracy of these reports is essential.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, relation-based databases, or business intelligence
  • Experience developing Tableau dashboards, Tableau certification preferred
  • Experience working with MS SQL Server is preferable
  • Requires knowledge of sophisticated Excel functions in addition to basic calculations and formula skills Familiarity with relational database design, preferably in a SQL Server environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize, while working on a small team
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail, with ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Proven ability to collaborate with colleagues across multiple business areas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Ticketmaster Archtics data a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus
